What is the duration of the onboarding process?
Depending on the readiness of the required information and availability of the EDI teams for testing, the onboarding process can be completed in as little as 24 hours. Our Celevera team is prepared to begin onboarding on the same day you initiate your plan.
What is the length of the contract?
You have the flexibility to cancel your contract at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund starting from the day after cancellation is received.
How will I be notified if there is an issue with a transaction?
Celevera’s systems are actively monitored 24/7. You can log in to the MyEDIConnection™ Web Portal at any time to review transaction status and identify any potential issues.
